Summary
ESET is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of our Identity Security portfolio. In this role, you will drive innovation across identity protection areas such as Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR), Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM), and risk-adaptive authentication, helping organizations better secure identities and access.Job description
Responsibilities
Define and drive thevision, strategy, and roadmap for identity security capabilities.
Own theend-to-end product lifecycle for identity security modules such as ITDR, ISPM, risk-adaptive authentication, and identity risk analytics.
Collaborate closely withengineering and delivery teams to define, design and deliver new product capabilities.
Identifymarket opportunities and customer needs through research and industry monitoring.
Work withcross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful product execution and positioning.
Act as a identity security matter expert, present product strategy and progress tointernal leadership and external audiences.
Requirements
Senior Experience as a Product Manager in a technology or software company with focus on IT security products
2+ years experience with identity security solutions or technologies
Experience deliveringidentity or identity security solutions (IAM, authentication, identity protection).
Proven ability todefine product vision and strategy.
Experience working withsenior stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional teams.
StrongEnglish communication and presentation skills.
Nice to have
Knowledge of IAM, compliance frameworks, identity risk analysis, attack path modeling and threat detection.
Experience with cybersecurity products
Experience withtechnical systems integration
Basic wage component (Bratislava):from 5200 EUR/month (brutto)
* The final basic wage component can be increased accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
* Financial bonus based on performance paid twice a year up to 20% from the base salary paid during the evaluation period (normally 6 months).
Basic wage component (Krakow):25 000 - 30 000PLN/month (brutto)
* The final basic wage component can be increased accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
