Product Manager - AI Products

We are now looking for aProduct Manager to lead and coordinate demand across our growing portfolio of AI products. This is a highly visible role at the intersection of technology, business, data governance, and compliance, offering a unique opportunity to shape AI-driven solutions that deliver tangible business impact across the organization.

As the central point of contact for AI initiatives, you will drive prioritization, governance, product delivery, and continuous improvement, while collaborating closely with stakeholders across multiple business functions and markets.

What you'll be doing

• Own and coordinate AI product demand across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic business priorities.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs, maintaining transparency and clear communication with stakeholders.
• Define and implement data governance frameworks and policies for AI initiatives.
• Partner with Legal and Security teams to ensure GDPR and regulatory compliance across all AI products.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, roadmap planning, prioritization, delivery, and product evolution.
• Define, validate, and manage product budgets, ensuring effective cost control and value generation.
• Collaborate with international cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and sustainable AI solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize product performance, adoption, and business impact.
• While the role is primarily product and technology focused, the Product Manager is expected to have a good understanding of budget forecasting, investment planning, ROI assessment, and cost attribution

Good fit if you have

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, Business, or a related field.3+ years of experience managing engineering, technology, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of project and product lifecycles, methodologies, governance, and performance metrics.
• Fluent in bothEnglish and Spanish (C1 level or above).
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and hybrid delivery models.
• Hands-on experience withJIRA and Confluence.
• Proven ability to manage international stakeholders and cross-border initiatives.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of cloud platforms such asAWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with AI ecosystems and services, including AWS SageMaker or Hugging Face.
• Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Exposure to modern data platforms and technologies such asDatabricks, Spark, Kafka, or similar tools.
