How Will You Make an Impact?

As aPlanning SME at ourMemphis, TN facility, you will serve as the technical and analytical expert for planning systems, data, and process optimization. You will drive operational excellence by transforming data into actionable insights, enhancing system functionality, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will strengthen planning capabilities, improve visibility, and enable better decision-making across the organization.

What Will You Do?

Data & Performance Analysis

• Analyze operational and performance data to identifytrends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop, maintain, and enhanceKPIs and performance dashboards across multiple departments.
• Translate complex data intoclear, actionable insights for leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Planning Systems Expertise

• Serve as the primarysubject matter expert for planning systems, includingSAP and RapidResponse (Kinaxis).
• Troubleshoot system issues, support end users, and coordinate with IT and technical teams to resolve problems.
• Ensuredata integrity and consistency across all planning platforms.

Process & Project Development

• Lead and supportcontinuous improvement initiatives focused on planning workflows, automation, and reporting efficiency.
• Developbusiness cases, requirements documentation, and implementation plans for system and process enhancements.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to implement solutions and ensure successful adoption.

Advanced Planning Tools & Reporting

• Build and maintainPower BI dashboards to improve operational visibility and reporting.
• Leverage advanced planning tools to optimizeforecasting, capacity planning, and supply operations.
• Supportscenario modeling and capacity analysis to guide strategic decision‑making.

How Will You Get Here?

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in planning, supply chain, data analytics, or a related field.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong expertise inSAP, RapidResponse (Kinaxis), and Power BI.
• Proven ability to build and managesystems‑driven KPIs and operational dashboards.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesizecomplex datasets.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus onprocess improvement and optimization.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to support bothtechnical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in afast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a strong attention to detail.

Management & Supervisory Responsibilities

• Typically reports to Management. Direct supervisor job title(s) typically include:Planning Manager, Supply Chain Manager.
• Job is NOT directly responsible for managing other employees.
