HR Technology Analyst - Temporary Project

About the role

Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, hands-onHR Technology Analyst to join our growing and successful Group HRIS Centre of Excellence Team to impact and help drive Verisure’s growth, through the delivery of Group HR strategy and best practices at Group level.
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented person to join us on a temporary basis and play a key role in the implementation of a new recruitment AI platform across multiple countries.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a strategic AI transformation project that will shape the future of recruitment within an international organization. You will work closely with HR, Recruiting, IT, external vendors, and business stakeholders to support the successful deployment, adoption, and optimization of a new talent acquisition ecosystem.

What you will do

• Support the implementation and deployment of a new recruitment AI based system across multiple countries and business units.
• Enable system configuration, testing, validation, and deployment activities. 
• Support process mapping, and change management initiatives. 
• Facilitate training sessions, and stakeholder meetings. 
• Help ensure a smooth transition from legacy processes and systems. 
• Contribute to adoption and continuous improvement after go-live. 
• Drive key activities related to the transition between recruitment systems, including business readiness, UATs, go-live coordination and KPIs definition.

• Advanced Excel level (vlookups, pivot tables etc.)  
• A first experience working in HR, transformation projects or in a systems-related position
• Advanced knowledge of Power Point 
• Ability to frame problems breaking, them into pieces 
• High developed analytical capabilities and attention to detail 
• Ability to work in a challenging team, under tight deadlines 
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes and requirements 
• Advanced communication skills 
• Customer oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience participating the implementation of HR, Recruiting, ATS, HRIS, CRM, or other enterprise systems. 
• Experience with recruiting technologies such as Workday Recruiting, SuccessFactors, Oracle Recruiting, Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters, Phenom, Paradox, Orbio, or similar platforms. 
• Experience in change management and user adoption initiatives. 
• Exposure to HR processes, talent acquisition, or digital transformation projects. 
• Experience working with international stakeholders. 
• Languages Required 
• Spanish: excellent 
• English: excellent 
• Any additional language: good to have
