About the Role

We’re looking for aSoft Services Subject Matter Expert- Cleaning to join JLL’s Global Soft Services team in the APAC region. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert for commercial cleaning operations, bringing both strategic and hands-on knowledge of janitorial services. You’ll help design and deliver efficient, sustainable, and cost-optimized cleaning solutions for our clients across diverse sectors and geographies.

What This Job Involves

• Leadend-to-end cleaning consulting projects across the APAC region, with a focus on operational cost reduction and productivity enhancement.
• DevelopRFP solutions and design optimized cleaning models, including resource planning andgearing ratio analysis.
• Evaluate cleaning technologies and equipment to recommend innovative, fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to implement standardized cleaning programs and continuous improvement measures.
• Partner with site operations teams to monitor performance metrics and ensure consistent service delivery.
• Build strong relationships withsenior stakeholders, providing expert guidance on janitorial strategies and operations.
• Travel across APAC to conduct site reviews, project rollouts, and solutioning sessions.

Sound Like You? To Apply You’ll Need:

• 10 + years of experience in commercial cleaning operations.
• Exposure toAsia-Pacific markets and familiarity with regional cleaning standards and practices.
• Proven experience developingRFP responses and operational solutions within the facilities or cleaning industry.
• Strong understanding of cleaningteam gearing ratios, manpower planning, and productivity modeling.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with strongexecutive presence.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across countries and functions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background or certifications inIFMA,Lean, orSix Sigma methodologies.
• Experience in multinational or matrix organizations.
• Knowledge ofsustainability-focused cleaning practices and emerging technology solutions.
