Monitoring & Timeline Management

• Assist in maintaining and monitoringproject timelines to ensure all projects are on track according to the schedule.
• Update project trackers and highlight potential delays or overlapping timelines.

Project Follow‑Up

• Follow up onproject progress with the Product Team and relevant stakeholders.
• Provide coordination and administrative support for ongoingProduct Projects.

Meeting & Documentation

• Setting Meeting
• Create and maintainMinutes of Meeting (MoM) and track action items.

Reporting & Data Support

• Support the preparation and maintenance ofExcel‑based reports (timeline, progress, status).
• Assist with basic analysis related to project status, dependencies, and deliverables.

Ad‑hoc Support

• Provide additional project and administrative support as required by the Product Project Implementation team.
