Senior AI AML Engineer

The successful candidate will combinedeep technical expertise in AI engineering with strong understanding offinancial services, AML, and enterprise controls, and will partner across Technology, Product, Risk, and Compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and developLLM-powered applications and agentic systems using frameworks such as LangChain andADK (Agent Development Kit)

• Build and managemulti-agent orchestration, tool chaining, and workflow automation

• Developrobust guardrails (input/output validation) to ensure safe and compliant AI behavior

• Integrate AI solutions withenterprise APIs, data platforms, and internal systems

• Designreal-time and asynchronous AI pipelines (REST APIs, streaming, WebSockets)

• Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Model Governance teams to supportMRM validation and approvals

• Leadend-to-end delivery of AI solutions from concept through production deployment

• Providetechnical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams

• Drivebest practices, standards, and reusable frameworks for AI engineering

• Ensureobservability, monitoring, and performance optimization of AI systems

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering and over all engineering experience of 6+ years

• Strong proficiency inPython and backend development

• Hands-on experience with:

  • ADK (Agent Development Kit) for building and orchestrating agents

  • LangChain or similar LLM frameworks

  • LLM / GenAI systems (RAG, agents, tool chaining)

• Proven experience deliveringproduction-grade systems in enterprise environments

• Strong understanding ofAPI integration, distributed systems, and microservices architecture

• Experience working inregulated industries (Financial Services preferred)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience buildingmulti-agent systems with ADK or similar frameworks

• Familiarity with LLM platforms such as Gemini, OpenAI, or Vertex AI

• Knowledge ofAML systems, financial crime detection, or compliance workflows

• Experience implementingAI guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and observability tools

• Exposure toreal-time AI systems (voice, streaming, event-driven architectures)

• Experience withcloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
