The Role: 

Lead the strategic management of Entegris' CMP Pads engagement for leading-edge logic and memory. This role is responsible for defining long-term business and technology strategy, shaping product roadmaps, driving portfolio and lifecycle management, and aligning R&D innovation to customer requirements with direct customer visit requirement. The position owns business performance and works across global functions to accelerate growth. 

In this role you will: 

• Define and execute long-term strategy for the Pads business in advanced logic and memory markets. 

• Drive the Pads portfolio and business performance, including revenue, profitability, and market share growth. 

• Lead product lifecycle management from concept through commercialization and end-of-life planning. 

• Partner with R&D to prioritize innovation investments and technology development roadmaps. 

• Translate future customer and market needs into product and technology strategies. 

• Identify and develop new growth opportunities with strategic customers including TSMC, Micron, SK hynix, Samsung, and Intel. 

• Coordinate R&D, Operations, TPM, MQE and Supply Chain around strategic business priorities and drive NPI completion. 

• Guide portfolio, pricing, and investment decisions to maximize long-term business value.
