Joining us at our Headquarters inHedehusene, you become part of ourbusiness development andportfolio management office. Here, you will primarily support our Key Account Managers, who act as the strategic bridge between Group Operations & Technology and our operating companies around the world, as well as our business analysis function. Moreover, you can look forward to engaging collaboratively with colleagues across theorganisation.
We are creating business transparency and decision material for the Business development director, our Key AccountManagers and the portfolio management office. As ourcoming Student Assistant, you will handle exciting tasks and minor projects independently within business analysis. So, grab this opportunity to hone your skills and help us drive our sustainableobjectives forward!
What you will be doing
You can look forward to:
Preparing meeting material for our Key Account Managers, including KPI reports and management dashboards.
Supporting our business analysis function with standard and ad hoc analyses across our project portfolio, which consists of 1500 projects and 1000+ MEUR in investment across our +50 production lines.
Helping our Key Account Managersmaintain our project portfolio platform,RockHub, through regular quality checks of project and portfolio data.
Documenting processes and ways of working in cooperation with our Key Account Managers.
Gaining exposure to management at Vice President and Director level.
You can expect a steep learning curve ahead of you – luckily, we also guarantee that you will receive lots of feedback from your manager and your team colleagues, who are always available for you to bounce ideas off.
What you bring
To succeed, you will need to be curious,proactive and have a strong drive. You enjoy problem-solving andpossess excellent analytical capabilities as well as skills in developing presentation material. Thus, we areasking for you to upload your grades so they will be part of the overall evaluation.
Together, theseskills are what enable you to answer challenging questions, solve complex problems, and navigate atdifferent levels of anorganisation.
Weimagine that you:
Are currently studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree, E.g., cand merc (AEF,FSM or FIR)
Have anorganised approach to the task at hand – and ability to work with andsystematise complex material.
Are passionate about data and creating actionable insights.
Have a keen eye for detail and data quality.
Area PowerPoint and Excelsuperuser.
Are well versed in Microsoft Office tools and apps.

Bachelor students: 160 DKK/hour
Master students: 175 DKK/hour
Transportation allowance: 1000 DKK/month
