The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $66,400-$99,600 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
- This is What You Will do in This Role:
- Serve as keyknowledgesourceof North Americacash flow and net working capital (NWC), owning thebudget/forecast process and delivering reporting and variance analysis with thoughtfulinsights.Â
- Compilemonthlycash disbursementforecasts and analyze historical forecast performance against actual results.Â
- Model and submit monthly NWC forecast into Oracle, collaborating with colleagues for key inputsÂ
- Ensure a high degree of reporting quality with completeness, accurate data, concisecommentary, and timely deliveryÂ
- Provide financial business partner supporttoHR and Facilities teams
- Add furthervalue to thefinance function through the identification and implementation of operational improvements; streamline reporting, automation opportunities etc.Â
- Provide proactive analysis and insights above and beyond regular responsibilitiesÂ
- Work on special project and improvement teamsas needed.Â
- Support Finance’s intern program and provide mentorship to FP&A intern.Â
What We are Looking For:
- Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred). Â
- 3-5years of relevant working experience including either in a large corporate environment or publicaccounting experience.Â
- Practical experience understanding the link between business issues, profit and loss, and cash flow (direct and indirect)Â
- Strong communication skills,withhigh level of integrityand a detail orientated mindset.Â
- Candidate should be a motivated self-starter, able to demonstrate sound judgment and resourcefulness in decision-making and problem solving.Â
- Financial modeling, analysis, and problem-solving skills.Â
- Experience with SAP, Oracle or AIis an advantage.Â
- The ideal candidate will aspire to use this role as a springboard into project controlling, operations controlling, or other finance roles within approximately 2-3 years.Â
