Job SummaryÂ
TheAssociate Manager,Corporate Relations supportsthe business development activity of24Oncology State Societies (OSS)across the USby managingthe annualCorporate Member join/renewal process, the trackingofmemberbenefits anddeliverables, providing onsite exhibit support, and ensuring excellent customer service to drive member retention and engagement. Â
This hands-on position requiresproactive and collaborative thinking,strong attention to detail and process, self-organization,and the ability tosuccessfully project manage andcollaborate within a small team. This position reports directly to theSenior Manager ofCorporate Relations.Â
Responsibilities:Â
Oversee exhibit applications,corporatemembership renewals, grants portalsubmissions (and related correspondence).Â
Assist with Corporate Member renewals and fulfillment/tracking of benefits deliverablesÂ
Provide onsite support for Oncology State Society events, managing exhibits and industry interactions. Â
Build relationshipsand rapportwith corporate members and other industry representativesÂ
Maintain forms, department logs, and website updates annually. Â
Respond to Corporate Member inquiries and contractual requests withwhite glovecustomer service. Â
Develop and distribute logistical details for State Oncology Society Meetings and other sponsored events. Â
Provideprogress reports toOncology State SocietyAccount ExecutivesÂ
Ensure CRM complianceÂ
Collaborate effectively across departments and client teams. Â
Performadditional duties as needed.Â
Qualifications:Â
Bachelor’s degreepreferredÂ
Experience:2+ yearsinsales, business development,marketing or project/program managementpreferred. Â
Experience with non-profitswithin thepharmaceutical/healthcare fields isa plusÂ
Skills:Â
Strong relationship-building and networking skills Â
Positive, people-oriented attitude and the ability to professionally drive forward progress Â
Solid organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines for multiple clients Â
Strong written and verbal communicationÂ
Strict attention to detail, organization skills, adaptability, and customer serviceÂ
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, Microsoft Teams/ZoomÂ
Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and project management tools (Workfront) is a plus Â
Knowledge of healthcare or pharmaceutical industries is beneficial Â
Open to new projects and expanding existing ones Â
Ability to work wellindependentlyand as part of a team effortÂ
Travelup to 20% for event managementÂ
Compensation Range:
$50,000– $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for this position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
