Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various client requirements and designing effective solutions to meet those needs. The role includes coding and testing multiple components of application software, ensuring that each part functions seamlessly within the overall system. Throughout the day, there is a focus on maintaining existing applications, implementing enhancements, and developing new features to improve performance and user experience. Collaboration with different teams and stakeholders is a key aspect, ensuring that the software aligns with client expectations and project goals. Problem-solving and adapting to evolving project demands are integral to daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to ensure quality and timely delivery of software components.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and technical approaches.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python Frameworks.
- Experience with object-oriented programming and software design patterns.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving capabilities within complex software environments.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Understanding of software testing methodologies and automated testing frameworks.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python Frameworks.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
