Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with specific business processes and application needs. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of architectural strategies to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to promote understanding and effective project delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based application design and integration patterns.
- Experience with data modeling and database design within Salesforce environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards in software architecture.
- Skilled in performance optimization and troubleshooting of Salesforce applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
