BINUS Entrepreneurship Center Officer

• Track proposal and reporting deadlines, and assist in monitoring the collaboration work plans for BINUS @Bandung Campus
• Write, edit and submit personal packages and grant reports to partners and potential partners
• Build and maintain good relationship partners
• Responsible for database and record management of partners, potential partners, contacts, programs and activities, including hard copy and electronic files and record keeping spreadsheets
• Assist in plan and implement special events for partners and potential partners
• Write and edit promotional materials for assigned programs
• Write, produce and distribute mailings and other correspondence 
• Maintain and ensure accurate and up-to-date and relevant information materials (about BINUS and about internationalization) and communication with partners and potential partners
• Provide guidance to develop necessary marketing communication kits/tools
• Coordinate with Marketing and other relevant parties for Entrepreneurship Center marketing/promotion initiatives
• Conduct and monitor Entrepreneurship Center Events (Event Management)

Management Support Activities :

• Perform and complete other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor
• Provide periodic report to direct supervisor
• Compiles, maintains, and file all reports, records and other documents required
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in related area (especially related to 
time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System

Education Requirement :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree

Work Experience :

 • Minimum 2 years working experience
• Have experience in business mentoring or coaching
