Content Production Specialist

TheContent Production Specialist is responsible for performing quality assurance (QA) on technical and support content related toconsumer devices and technology prior to publication, acting as the final validation point before content is released to premium customers.

This role requirestechnical acumen in device-related content (e.g., smartphones, IoT, consumer electronics) and focuses primarily onEnglish-language content, with occasional support in Spanish. It requiresexceptional attention to detail,strong writing and proofreading skills, and agenuine interest in technology and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• PerformQA on technical and support content primarily inEnglishand occasionally inSpanish, including user manuals, videos, how-to guides, and troubleshooting articles.
• Review content forgrammar, spelling, accuracy, formatting, categorization, device associations,andadherence to established quality and style guidelines.
• Ensure published content delivers a premium customer experience and does not include references to competitors, retailers, or negative product messaging.
• Approve andpublishcontent in theCMS, or reject submissions with clear, actionable feedback when standards are not met.
• Collaborate closely withlinking agents, technical writers, and QA specialists across global teams.
• Identifycontent gaps, missing device coverage, andopportunities to improve content quality and completeness.
• Stay informed abouttechnology trends, consumer devices, IoT, and emerging topics relevant to content creation.
• Independently manage aQA work queue, includingbacklog prioritization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bilingualor highly fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and content review skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Passion for technology, with the ability to quickly learn new devices, tools, and concepts.
• Ability to workindependently in a fully remote environment.
• Strong communication skills to provide clear feedbackand collaborate with distributed teams.

Preferred Background

• Experience incontent QA, technical writing, technical translation, copywriting, or technical support.
• Experience working withCMS platformsor structured content workflows.
• Exposure todevice troubleshooting, technical support environments, or knowledge base/content creation.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required if relevant experience is demonstrated.
