As a Supply Management Professional in the Inbound Supply Management team at Micron, you will work with a team of Supply Chain Analysts responsible for maintaining Micron’s inventory supply. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure availability and continuity of supply and implement a comprehensive inventory management strategy. You will engage suppliers and partners in resolving supply shortages and identifying root cause to prevent future shortages. You will be part of a distributed team dedicated to providing on-time delivery, minimizing waste, and leading continuous improvements through effective and efficient global parts and materials inventory management, while building resilience against disruptions.

Micronのインバウンド・サプライマネジメントチームにおけるサプライマネジメントプロフェッショナルとして、在庫供給を管理するサプライチェーンアナリストのチームと連携しながら業務を遂行していただきます。主な責任は、取引先から供給の継続性を確保するとともに、在庫管理戦略を策定と実行することです。また、供給不足の解消に向けてサプライヤーやパートナーと連携し、将来的な不足を防止するために根本原因を特定します。グローバルチームの一員として、時間通りの納入、在庫ロスの最小化、効果的かつ効率的な部品・材料在庫管理を通じた継続的改善を推進し、事業継続性の強化に貢献していただきます。

Material Management and Supply Planning　資材管理および供給計画

• Develop, monitor, and optimize inventory replenishment models and supply execution strategies to effectively support manufacturing and minimize waste. This includes forecasting and material requirements planning (MRP), safety stock (SS), reorder point (ROP), lead time maintenance, and part / material obsolescence management.

• 製造活動を円滑に支援し、在庫ロスを最小限に抑えるため、在庫補充モデルおよび供給実行戦略の策定、監視、最適化を行います。需要予測および資材所要量計画（MRP）、安全在庫（SS）、発注点（ROP）、リードタイム管理、在庫の有効期限管理や不動在庫の低減に向けた対応が含まれます。

• Publish material forecasts, manage supplier commitments, monitor forecast accuracy, and work with suppliers and business partners to address concerns related to demand volume and timing.

• フォアキャスト発行、サプライヤーとのコミットメント管理、予測精度のモニタリングを行い、需要量やタイミングに関する課題について、サプライヤーおよびビジネスパートナーと連携して対応します。

• Manage inventory scheduling and delivery, and adjust purchase orders with suppliers as required due to scheduling or availability changes. Proactively expedite delivery issues to ensure continuity of supply.

• 在庫計画および納入管理を行い、納品スケジュールまたは供給状況の変更に応じて、サプライヤーとの発注調整を実施します。供給継続性を確保するため、必要に応じて迅速な納期対応を推進します。

• Address inventory shortage issues and resolve root causes.

• 在庫不足に関する課題に対応し、根本原因を特定・解決します。

Partner Engagement and Business Partnering

• Collaborate with partners to monitor key process performance indicators through aligned metrics, and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.

• Provide input to leadership in developing and implementing departmental strategies, processes, and policies through active participation in teams and projects.

• Work closely with direct and cross-functional teams to execute global strategic direction for supply fulfillment and inventory management.

• Enable and support automation of procurement processes and performance metrics.

Qualifications and Skills:　応募資格およびスキル：

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• サプライチェーンマネジメント、インダストリアルエンジニアリング、または関連分野における学卒、もしくは同等の実務経験を有する方。

• Proven analytical capabilities and strong problem-solving skills.

• 高い分析力および問題解決能力を有する方。

• Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English, with the ability to influence and advocate effectively.

• 日本語および英語による優れたコミュニケーション能力を有し、説得力をもって意見発信ができる方。

• Professional procurement certificates (e.g., ISM, APICS) are an advantage.

• 調達関連の専門資格（ISM、APICS等）を保有している方は歓迎します。

• Working knowledge of procurement processes and systems (e.g., Ariba, SAP, source-to-pay processes) is preferred.

• Ariba、SAP、Source-to-Payプロセス等の調達プロセスおよびシステムに関する知識を有する方は歓迎します。

• Proficiency in O365, SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent tools is an advantage.

• O365、SharePoint、Tableau、Power BI、または同等ツールの使用経験を有する方は歓迎します。
