Azure Security Architect

Join an international energy and utilities organization as an Azure Security Architect in a hybrid position.

Required:

• Experience with Azure cloud security architecture reviews, vulnerability assessments, and security remediation.
• Knowledge of Azure, on-premises datacenters, and Active Directory security environments.
• Experience with Azure Databricks security architecture, including VNet injection, Secure Cluster Connectivity (SCC), private endpoints, and Network Connectivity Configurations (NCC).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) security scanning and penetration-testing remediation.
• Knowledge of Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), cloud security posture testing, and vulnerability remediation.
• Familiarity with CrowdStrike CSPM, Falcon Shield, and Cyera data security scanning.
• Understanding of data exposure risks, security controls, and vulnerability verification.
• Strong analytical, technical coordination, and documentation skills.

Preferences:

• Experience supporting cloud security migrations or enterprise infrastructure integration projects.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing and cybersecurity approval processes.

Responsibilities:

• Finalize Azure architecture security reviews and coordinate with teams to remediate vulnerabilities from the security baseline.
• Evaluate and enforce private-by-design architecture, including VNet injection, SCC, private endpoints, and NCC.
• Process and review TLS inspection exception requests via ServiceNow, document exposure risks, and secure cybersecurity sign-off.
• Perform static security scans on Azure AD IaC codebases and coordinate remediation of vulnerabilities identified from penetration testing.
• Implement CrowdStrike CSPM, execute posture vulnerability testing, coordinate remediation, and retest post-remediation.
• Integrate Falcon Shield for the Azure Jump Domain.
• Scan data repositories using Cyera, coordinate data volume tier expansions, and remediate data exposure findings.
