Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and compassionatePRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to providehigh-quality nursing care in our skilled nursing environment. This role offers flexibility while still being part of a supportive clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care percare plans and physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate withRNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure compliance withstate and federal regulations

Qualifications

• ActiveLPN license in South Carolina (in good standing)
• CurrentCPR certification
• Must maintain all required continuing education
• Experience inskilled nursing or long-term care preferred
