As an Office Manager on theAire Serv team, a typical day for you will include:

• SupportAire Serv President and Leadership Team.  

• Demonstratesexpertise in asserting influence without authorityto get agreed-upon goals accomplished.   

• Lead/facilitateASV Leadership meetings from ensuring they happen on cadence with agendas, to staying on time/topic and tracking action items and follow up.  

• Coordinate and facilitateASV MTTD toensure meetings areset with theappropriate team members.   

• Receive general direction. Set priorities and define methods foraccomplishing assigned work. Work isgenerally varied and administrative or project oriented. Requires the ability to lead and/or work with others. Perform considerable coordination and follow-through andassist Franchisees.

• Adapts to changing priorities within a dynamic, fast paced environment.  

• Ability to handle the stress that may arise due to shifting workload, irate clients, or errors made by staff.  

• Ability toidentify root causes of problems and provide effective solutions toeliminate further occurrences.  

• Articulate clearly and precisely in verbal and written forms to subordinates, clients, associates, prospectivecandidates

Education: Associates Degree preferred but not required. 

Experience: 2+ years as an administrative assistant or executive assistant.
