We are seeking astrategic, hands-on sales leader to scale and inspire a high-performing revenue organization. This VP-level role is ideal for a proven SaaS sales leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, develops talent, and drives sustainable growth across mid-market and enterprise segments. You’ll be responsible for building scalable go-to-market strategies, leading exceptional teams, and shaping the next phase of our sales evolution.

What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and develop a world-class sales organization as a second-line leader overseeing multiple frontline managers and their teams. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Design and execute scalable revenue strategies that align with company growth objectives. Partner cross-functionally to refine segmentation, territory design, and go-to-market motions.
- Drive excellence in deal execution—guiding teams through complex enterprise sales cycles, navigating multi-stakeholder engagements, and closing transformative, high-value agreements.
- Expand market reach by identifying and executing strategies to enter new verticals and geographies. Lead the team through enterprise vendor registration, procurement, and compliance processes.
- Ensure operational rigor through disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and data-driven coaching. Leverage performance analytics to identify growth opportunities and improve conversion across the funnel.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership on strategic planning, revenue reporting, and long-range forecasting. Provide visibility into pipeline health, key metrics, and market feedback.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier talent in partnership with the Talent team. Build clear career pathways, elevate leadership capability, and scale a high-performance culture.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations to align on demand generation, customer engagement, and product-market fit strategies.
- Represent the company externally at industry events, customer meetings, and executive forums. (Travel up to 25%.)

What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years of progressive SaaS sales experience, with a track record of exceeding quota and leading high-performing teams.
- Experience spanning bothindividual contributor and leadership roles in enterprise or complex B2B environments.
- 5+ years in a formal sales management capacity, including experience managing managers.
- Proven success in scaling teams and building repeatable, predictable revenue engines.
- Deep expertise in enterprise sales—navigating complex sales cycles, procurement processes, and multi-year SaaS agreements.
- Demonstrated ability to build pipeline coverage of 2–3× quota, leveraging outbound motions, strategic prospecting, and cross-functional campaigns.
- Fluency in modern sales tools and systems, such as Salesforce, Gong, and Apollo, with a data-driven approach to coaching and optimization.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and at the C-suite level.
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset, capable of translating company vision into actionable sales playbooks and measurable outcomes.
- Proven success leading through change, fostering trust, and cultivating a growth-oriented, performance-driven culture.

The US pay range for this position is $400,000 - $450,000 annual OTE for external candidates with the appropriate level of experience. The final annual base salary offered will be based on location and experience level, and could be less for internal applicants depending upon experience.
