As aBehavior Specialist / Behavior Analyst (BCBA) atTheMay School for Brain Injury and Neurobehavioral Disorders in Norwood, MAyou willprovide consultation for assigned students in both the classroom and residential settings.You’ll work alongside adedicated team of BCBAs who provide mentorship, consultation, and ongoing professional growth. UsingApplied Behavior Analysis (ABA),you’ll develop individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and train staff to support school-aged children with developmental disabilities.As one of the few U.S. pediatric programs specializing inboth education and rehabilitation for these students, we offer an innovative, supportive environment where you can make a lasting impact.

What You Bring:

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, ora related field. 
• BCBAcertificationor must bein the process of obtaining certification. 
• Strong skills inproblem-solving, leadership, and clinical assessment. 
• Passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Compensation
We recognize and reward your expertise:
  •  Without BCBA certification: $63,000 – $73,000 annually
  •  With BCBA certification: $77,000 – $87,000 annually
