As aBehavior Specialist / Behavior Analyst (BCBA) atMay Institute School for Autism and Developmental Disabilities, you’ll work alongside adedicated team of BCBAs who provide mentorship, consultation, and ongoing professional growth. UsingApplied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you’ll develop individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and train staff to support school-aged children with developmental disabilities.

What You Bring

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or a related field. 
  BCBA certificationor must be in the process of obtaining certification.  
• Strong skills inproblem-solving, leadership, and clinical assessment.  
• Passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Compensation

We recognize and reward your expertise:

• Without BCBA certification: $63,000 – $73,000 annually
• With BCBA certification: $77,000 – $87,000 annually
• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus to welcome you to the team
