UsingApplied Behavior Analysis (ABA),you’ll develop individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and train behavior technicians to support children ages 2-6 with developmental disabilities.

  We recognize and reward your expertise:
    •  Without BCBA certification: $63,000 – $73,000 annually
    •  With BCBA certification: $77,000 – $87,000 annually

 
What You'll Do

• Develop and overseeindividualizedbehavior support plans tailored toeachstudent'sneeds. 
• Superviseandtrain staffon implementing ABA strategies. 
• Analyze data toassess treatment effectiveness andadjustplansas needed. 
• Collaborate with families and staff to reinforce progress across settings. 
• Ensure interventions align withethical and clinical best practices. 

What You Bring

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or a related field. 
• BCBAcertificationor must bein the process of obtaining certification. 
• Strong skills inproblem-solving, leadership, and clinical assessment. 
• Passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
