PROGRAM COORDINATOR (PC)

Adult Residential Program

As aProgram Coordinator (PC), you will oversee the daily operations of an adult residential home supporting individuals with Autism and developmental disabilities. You’ll guide staff, coordinate care, and ensure a safe, structured, and positive home environment. This is a leadership role ideal for someone experienced, organized, and ready to take full ownership of program operations.

What You’ll Do 

• Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning tasks and guiding staff to ensure smooth site functioning. 

• Provide direct care and support when needed, modeling best practices for the team. 

• Manage all MAP-related responsibilities, documentation, safety procedures, and site compliance. 

• Coordinate shopping, meal planning, recreation activities, and household needs. 

• Maintain communication with upper management, nursing, and clinical teams. 

• Serve as primary on-call support except on the APC’s assigned days. 

What You Bring 

• High School Diploma or GED. 

• Valid U.S. driver’s license with 1+ year of licensed driving experience required. 

• MAP certification required. 

• 2+ years prior experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and implementing crisis intervention/physical management experience required. 

• Prior supervisory experience required. 

• Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills, and ability to lead a team, prioritize needs, and problem-solve in real time.
