Designed to support older and vulnerable people who find it difficult to cook due to age, disability, or temporary health challenges, this service offers both fresh and frozen meals, tailored to dietary needs and preferences. Volunteers either assist with packing nutritious meals at our kitchen hub or hand-deliver them and sharing a friendly check-in. These weekly visits not only ensure reliable access to healthy and nutritious food but also foster genuine, two-way social interactions.
