Towne is hiring seasonal valets, bell attendants and traffic coordinators for the annual Gaylord Opryland ICE event to be held in November and December.
We will be holding weekly open interviews starting on September 30.Â
Seasonal Positions Open: Valet driver, Bell attendant, Traffic coordinator.
Event Hours: Weekdays, weekends and holidays between November 1, 2026 and January 2, 2027. All shifts.
Permanent positions may also be available.
Starting Pay: $8 - $22 per hour. Select positions receive cash tips of $8 - $15 per hour.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Valet Driver
The Valet Driver/Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner. The Guest Service Associate is responsible for parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner and assisting guests with luggage, including delivery and pick up of guest luggage (where applicable) during arrival and departure.
Bell Attendant
The Bell Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner. The Bell Attendant is also responsible for assisting hotel guests with luggage, including delivery and pick up of guest luggage during arrival and departure.
Traffic Coordinator
The Traffic Coordinator is responsible for efficiently directing vehicular traffic in designated areas as directed while providing exceptional hospitality services. The Traffic Coordinator is also responsible, as directed, for properly issuing valet parking tickets to guests while company standards with each arrival. The Traffic Coordinator, when required, is also responsible for upholding sites management teams parking policy and procedures and when required, is responsible for assisting guests with luggage, including delivery and pick up of guest luggage (where applicable) during arrival and departure.
Compensation: Towne is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
Work Schedule: The work schedule for this position is dependent upon hotel business volumes which will be discussed during the Hiring Event interviews. We are currently seeking both Full-Time & Part-Time individuals
