Job Summary
We are seeking an experiencedD365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) Functional Consultant to implement, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze supply chain processes, gather requirements, design functional solutions, and deliver successful D365 SCM implementations. The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, process optimization, testing, user training, and post-go-live support.
Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to supply chain and manufacturing processes.
  • Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules.
  • Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend industry best practices.
  • Lead workshops, solution design sessions, and process mapping activities.
  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Design Documents (FDD), and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
  • Configure business processes, workflows, and system parameters.
  • Collaborate with technical consultants on customizations, integrations, and data migration.
  • Support data migration using Data Management Framework (DMF).
  • Perform System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Go-Live support.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and provide production support.
  • Deliver end-user training and create user documentation.
  • Participate in implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
Required Skills
  • 4–10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM or Dynamics AX Supply Chain.
  • Strong functional knowledge of D365 Supply Chain Management modules, including:
    • Inventory Management
    • Procurement & Sourcing
    • Sales Order Management
    • Warehouse Management (WMS)
    • Transportation Management (TMS)
    • Master Planning
    • Product Information Management (PIM)
    • Production Control
    • Quality Management
    • Asset Management (preferred)
  • Experience in end-to-end ERP implementations.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, procurement, inventory, and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with requirement gathering and business process mapping.
  • Knowledge of workflow configuration and business process automation.
  • Experience with Data Management Framework (DMF).
  • Strong documentation skills (BRD, FDD, Process Flows).
  • Experience with UAT, SIT, and production support
