Job Summary
Wipro is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in CRM implementations and Finance business processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical consultants to gather requirements, design CRM solutions, configure business processes, and drive successful Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from finance and business stakeholders.
- Conduct workshops, requirement discovery sessions, and fit-gap analysis.
- Design and configure Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to support business and finance processes.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, business process flows, and security roles.
- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and enhancements.
- Support CRM implementation, UAT, training, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Ensure alignment between CRM capabilities and finance business requirements.
- Prepare solution design documents, process flows, and training materials.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business users throughout the project lifecycle.
Must Have
- 5+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant.
- Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects.

- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- General Ledger (GL)
- Invoice Management
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Financial Reporting
- Experience working with business users, finance teams, and leadership stakeholders.
- Exposure to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Manufacturing, or Retail domains.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant certifications preferred.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
