AWS + Terraform + Ansible

We are seeking an AWS Administrator with4+ years of hands-on experience in AWS cloud platforms, Linux administration, infrastructure automation, Terraform, and Ansible. The candidate will be responsible for managing cloud infrastructure, automating deployments, supporting production operations, handling incident resolution, implementing patches and upgrades, and ensuring platform reliability across Development, QA, UAT, Production, and Disaster Recovery environments.

The candidate will collaborate with application teams, ETL developers, DBAs, cloud engineers, and business stakeholders to build and support scalable, secure, and highly available AWS environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provision and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks for server configuration, deployment automation, and patch management.
• Manage AWS services including EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, Route 53, CloudWatch, ALB/ELB, ECS, and ECR.
• Support CI/CD deployment activities using GitHub and DevOps tools.
• Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, application deployment, and networking issues.
• Participate in incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management.
• Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to improve operational efficiencies through automation.
• Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in AWS Administration and Cloud Operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services such as:
  • EC2
  • VPC
  • IAM
  • S3
  • Route 53
  • CloudWatch
  • ECS/ECR
  • ELB/ALB
  • RDS
• Hands-on experience withTerraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience withAnsible for configuration management and deployment automation.
• Good Linux Administration skills (RHEL, Amazon Linux, Ubuntu).
• Understanding of networking concepts including IP addressing, DNS, Subnets, Routing, Security Groups, and Load Balancers.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Docker and containerization experience.
• Exposure to ECS or Kubernetes/EKS.
• Knowledge of Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Basic understanding of cloud cost optimization and FinOps concepts.
• Exposure to monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.
• Experience supporting data engineering or ETL platforms.
