About the Role

We are looking for aAWS DevOps Lead with strong hands-on experience inAWS cloud infrastructure, automation, CI/CD and production engineering. This role is suited for an engineer with a strong builder mindset who enjoys solving complex infrastructure problems and creating scalable, reliable and automated platforms.

What You'll Do

• Design, build and maintainhighly available, scalable and secure infrastructure on AWS.
• Build automation to reduce manual operational effort and improve engineering productivity.
• Design, develop and manage robustCI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments.
• DriveInfrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation-first engineering practices.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues acrossAWS infrastructure, Linux, networking, applications and deployment pipelines.
• Participate in production support and on-call activities, taking end-to-end ownership of incidents and root-cause analysis.
• Partner closely with software engineering teams to design and enablecloud-native solutions.
• Continuously improve platformreliability, scalability, security, performance and developer experience.
• Build reusable automation and self-service capabilities for engineering teams.
• Evaluate AI-powered engineering solutions that can improve operational efficiency and developer productivity.
• Create and maintain architecture documentation, operational runbooks and engineering best practices.

What We're Looking For

• 8–12 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, AWS Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, SRE or similar engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience designing and operating infrastructure onAmazon Web Services (AWS).
• Experience with AWS services and capabilities such as: EC2 EBS S3 VPC and VPC Endpoints Transit Gateway Security Groups and NACLs AWS CodePipeline AWS CodeBuild
• StrongLinux administration and troubleshooting skills, including process management, memory, file systems, system performance and shell scripting.
• Solid understanding ofnetworking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, routing, load balancing, firewalls and VPN concepts.
• Strong scripting or programming skills in at least one ofPython, Go, Java or Bash.
• Hands-on experience building and managingCI/CD pipelines and a good understanding of modern software delivery practices.
• Experience withGitHub Actions for build and deployment automation.
• Strong production troubleshooting, debugging androot-cause analysis capabilities.
• Experience building reusable automation or self-service tooling.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering teams.

Good to Have

• Hands-on experience withTerraform and/or AWS CloudFormation.
• Experience with containers and orchestration technologies such asDocker, Kubernetes and Amazon EKS.
• Experience with monitoring and observability platforms such asAWS CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus or Datadog.
• Experience with configuration management tools such asAnsible.
• Understanding of AWS cloud security and infrastructure security best practices.
• AWS certification(s).
