Provide operational support for AWS Cloud, Linux (RHEL9) and DevOps platforms used by application and development teams across production and non‐production environments
Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment platforms, ensuring reliability and availability for application release activities (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub, Artifactory, container‐based workflows)
Develop and maintain Infrastructure‐as‐Code and configuration automation to provision, configure, and standardize cloud and platform resources (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, AWS ECR), integrating these workflows into CI/CD pipelines where appropriate
Provide platform support for application workloads, including environments supporting .NET‐based applications and associated integrations
Partner with development teams to troubleshoot deployment, build, and environment issues, and support adoption of enterprise‐standard DevOps practices
Support cloud infrastructure components used by application platforms, including compute, networking, certificates, and platform integrations (primarily AWS)
Participate in vulnerability remediation and platform hardening activities related to cloud and DevOps tooling, in coordination with security
Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and platform knowledge artifacts to support audits, reliability, and cross‐team continuity
