Build Next-Generation AWS & Generative AI Solutions

We are seeking a hands-onAWS Developer to design, develop, integrate, and support cloud-based applications utilizingAmazon Connect, Amazon Bedrock, Python, and AWS serverless technologies.

This is an excellent opportunity for a cloud developer who enjoys building modern AWS solutions that combinecontact center technology, Generative AI, serverless architecture, APIs, application development, and cloud automation.

Important, Required Technical Experience

Candidates must haveat least 2 years of recent, hands-on experience with EACH of the following:

Amazon Connect • Amazon Bedrock • Python

Candidates without demonstrated experience in all three core technologies will not meet the minimum requirements for this position.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, and support scalableAWS cloud solutions

  • Design and configureAmazon Connect contact flows and integrations based on business requirements

  • Develop solutions leveragingAmazon Bedrock and Generative AI capabilities

  • Develop applications, integrations, and data transformation processes usingPython

  • Build serverless applications and APIs utilizingAWS Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB

  • Develop and integrate solutions utilizingVPC, Cognito, SES, S3, and EC2

  • ConfigureAmazon Cognito authentication and authorization for web applications

  • Develop UI applications usingAngular and Node.js

  • Integrate applications with AWS services and APIs

  • DevelopAmazon QuickSight dashboards and reporting solutions

  • Perform data transformation using Python and Lambda

  • Support AWS networking, cloud security, and application connectivity

  • Assist with cloud deployments, troubleshooting, and production support

  • SupportCI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

  • Troubleshoot cloud applications, integrations, APIs, and AWS services

  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to translate requirements into effective AWS solutions

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional software or cloud development experience

  • 2+ years of recent Amazon Connect experience

  • 2+ years of recent Amazon Bedrock experience

  • 2+ years of Python development experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Hands-on experience designing and developing AWS cloud solutions

  • Experience developingAmazon Connect contact flows

  • Strong understanding of AWS serverless architecture

  • Experience withAWS Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB

  • Experience withAmazon Cognito

  • Experience withS3, EC2, VPC, and SES

  • Experience integrating AWS services with applications and APIs

  • Experience withAngular and Node.js

  • Experience supporting AWS deployments, troubleshooting, networking, and security

  • Understanding of CI/CD and modern deployment practices

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and business teams

  • Ability to work onsite inAustin, TX two days per week

Preferred Experience

Candidates with either of the following will be especially attractive:

  • Medicaid industry experience

  • Generative AI / GenAI development experience

  • Amazon QuickSight dashboard and reporting experience
