Job Overview:
We are seeking an experiencedAWS Data Engineer with a strong background in designing, building, and managing scalable data solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience withAWS Data Lake, Redshift, and Aurora integration, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality data engineering solutions.AWS Certification is highly desirable and will be considered a strong differentiator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage robustdata pipelines on AWS using Data Lake, Redshift, and Aurora.
- Integrate multiple data sources into a centralized data repository ensuring data quality, consistency, and performance.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end data solutions.
- Optimize and tune Redshift and Aurora databases for high performance and cost-efficiency.
- Implement best practices fordata security, governance, and compliance in AWS environments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows and ETL processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior data engineers.
- 8+ years of experience in data engineering and analytics.
- Hands-on experience withAWS services: Data Lake, Redshift, Aurora.
- Strong expertise indata modelling, ETL processes, and database optimization.
- AWS Certified (preferably AWS Certified Data Analytics or AWS Solutions Architect).
- Proficient inSQL, Python, and/or Spark for data processing.
- Solid understanding of cloud architecture and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
