- Experience Requirements (Mandatoryincluding minimum years in AWS experience):
- SA: 8-12 years (out of which minimum 5 years in AWS).
- M: 13-15 years (out of which minimum 5 years in AWS).
- SM: 16-20 years (out of which minimum 5 years in AWS).
- AD: 21-24 years (out of which minimum 5 years in AWS).
- D: 25+ years (out of which minimum 5 years in AWS).
- Location & Relocation Strategy - Relocation options:
- In general, If selected and hired,Cognizant would provide relocation assistance to the new hire(s). But we are pragmatic about the fitment of the candidates.
- In cases ofstrong and critical AWS profiles, where relocation is not feasible,remote consideration may be extended on a case‐by‐case basis.
- Work mode:
- 1st preference: hybrid (3 days/week in office, 2 days remote)
- 2nd preference: Fully Remote (only for strong, role‐critical profile.
- Immigration Category: US Citizen, GC, H1-B.
