About the Role

We are seeking an experiencedAWS Cloud Architect to supportProject Nova, a multi-year platform transformation initiative focused on building a new cloud-native Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) platform.

In this role, you will help shape and implement AWS architecture for a large-scale enterprise transformation. You will work with cross-functional technical teams to design secure, scalable, and high-performing cloud solutions while providing architectural leadership across multiple workstreams.

This is afully remote opportunity, with Boston, MA designated as the tax/work location. Candidates do not need to be located in Massachusetts.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure AWS cloud architectures.
  • Develop cloud adoption, migration, and implementation strategies.
  • Design cloud-native applications and enterprise cloud platforms.
  • Manage and optimize cloud environments, including monitoring and operational solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across multiple teams.
  • Partner with engineering, application, infrastructure, security, and business teams to integrate cloud services and applications.
  • Solve complex technical and architectural challenges that span multiple teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement to enhance cloud performance, reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate emerging AWS and cloud technologies and recommend strategies for adoption.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing to team members.
  • Contribute to enterprise architecture and key technical decisions.

What We're Looking For

  • Professional Degree required.
  • 6+ years of experience in cloud architecture or related technical disciplines.
  • 6+ years of experience with the required technical skills.
  • Healthcare industry experience is required.
  • Expert-level experience withAmazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Strong expertise in AWS Architecture and Cloud Platform Architecture.
  • Experience withCloud Enterprise Architecture and architectural design.
  • Experience withPharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) platforms or environments.
  • Strong understanding of cloud management and enterprise cloud architecture.
  • Experience with AWS AI services.
  • Proven ability to work across multiple teams and influence technical decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
