Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines using tools such asJenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline.

Troubleshoot incidents and provide root cause analysis to improve cloud reliability and uptime.

Maintain documentation, architecture diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
