AW Inside Sales Coordinator

• Act as sales support for assigned Sales Representatives
• Coordinate deliveries 
• Create customer quotes, update and maintain quotes and a quote log
• Manage and schedule following-up on quotes
• Accurately and promptly process orders received from customers to ensure on-time delivery
• Order and track delivery of special-order items from vendors to ensure they arrive when needed
• Help drive sales by keeping outside salespersons organized and informed
• Work as a team with sales and manufacturing 
• Communicating with all clients and vendors in a professional manner
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 5 years’ experience instead of bachelor’s degree accepted.
• 3-5 Years of experience in the industry
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel
• 2-3 years of experience in BisTrack or related systems
