AVP / VP – Strategy & Operations | Growth & Strategy

About the Role

Seven Retail is looking for strategic, hands-on leaders to drive business growth, operational excellence, and performance across ourEducation and Healthcare business units.

We have various opportunities across two leadership tracks, at both AVP and VP levels:

• AVP Strategy & Operations
• AVP Growth & Strategy
• VP Strategy & Operations
• VP Growth & Strategy

Depending on your experience and strengths, your role may focus on scaling operations, accelerating growth, or leading broader business transformation. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to turn business priorities into measurable results.

The specific role, level, and business unit will be discussed during the recruitment process.

Your day-to-day:

• Develop and execute strategies that drive business growth, profitability, and operational performance.
• Identify growth opportunities across customer acquisition, retention, commercial initiatives, new offerings, and market expansion.
• Analyze business performance, customer insights, market trends, and operational challenges to determine priorities.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear action plans, with defined targets, timelines, and accountability.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, resolving obstacles and ensuring results.
• Build scalable processes and operating frameworks to support business expansion and improve efficiency.
• Own relevant business KPIs and contribute to business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Finance, People, and other teams to align priorities and execution.
• Build and develop strong teams, with a focus on ownership, sound judgment, and continuous improvement.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Management, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• Relevant experience in Strategy, Operations or Growth, Management Consulting, Commercial, or General Management, with demonstrated leadership responsibility.
• Experience at a leading startup and/or a top-tier management consulting firm, with a proven track record of driving business results.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business results through growth initiatives, operational improvements, or business transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key business drivers and make sound decisions.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including experience managing KPIs, budgets, and business performance.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and take ownership of outcomes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
