Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of middle-market corporate clients, driving revenue growth through the cross-selling of banking products, including treasury, cash management, trade, and capital markets.
• Originate new client relationships and identify business opportunities within the middle-market segment to expand market share.
• Structure credit facilities and prepare comprehensive credit proposals, ensuring robust risk management and adherence to regulatory and internal standards.
• Monitor portfolio credit quality, conduct regular credit reviews, and proactively manage credit risks and account conduct.
• Collaborate closely with internal product partners and stakeholders to deliver customized financial solutions that meet clients' business objectives.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in corporate banking or relationship management, with a focus on the middle-market segment.
• Strong credit analytical and structuring skills, with a deep understanding of corporate financial statements and cash flow analysis.
• Solid knowledge of commercial banking products, including trade finance, cash management, and treasury solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-suite executives and internal stakeholders.
