AVP (AVP2/AVP3) – Ecommerce Lead

Role: AVP (AVP2/AVP3) – Ecommerce Lead (Devices & Logistics)

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of device inventory and quality, including - pan-India hub operations, device inspection, refurbishment, and redeployment

• Manage logistics and supply chain, including inter-city movement and last-mile dispatch, ensuring timely device availability across India

• Drive data-led planning and control through dashboards, forecasting, and continuous improvement of processes and costs

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in ecommerce operations with deep exposure to logistics and supply chain

• Prior experience managing large-scale, multi-location operations

• Proven ability to drive efficiency, reduce TAT, and optimize costs
