Aviation Business Development Manager

• Drive Aviation business development in Hong Kong.

• Develop relationships with airlines, MROs, aerospace manufacturers, aviation suppliers, and leasing companies.

• Manage and grow assigned aviation accounts while identifying new business opportunities.

• Lead customer engagement, RFQs, solution development, and contract negotiations.

• Act as the subject matter expert for aviation logistics and critical shipment management.

• Collaborate with global and regional aviation teams to develop industry-specific solutions.

• University graduate with 5+ years of experience in aviation logistics, freight forwarding, airline cargo, MRO logistics, or aerospace supply chain management.

• Strong understanding of:

  - Aviation industry ecosystem

  - Aircraft Engine, AOG (Aircraft on Ground) and critical spare parts logistics flow

  - Aviation cargo compliance and operational requirements

  - Time-critical and multimodal transportation solutions

• Established relationships and network within:

  - MRO organizations

  - Airlines and aviation service providers

  - Aerospace OEMs and suppliers

• Proven track record in business development and account growth within the aviation sector.
