Project Manager (production)

Hi! We are Altavia Poland and Baltics,part of Altavia Group, operating in 45 countries worldwide. Our regional hubs in Riga and Warsaw - work closely together to deliver high-quality solutions in print, POS, and retail communication for global and local brands.

Do you value smooth execution and having full control over processes? At Altavia, you will manage print orders, from quoting to final delivery, ensuring speed, quality, and client satisfaction.

What will you do?

• Execute print ordersin accordance with contractual agreements between the agency and the client - from tendering and production monitoring to gathering production data and ensuring on-time delivery.

• Negotiate termswith suppliers and print shops - securing the best deals.

• Keep tight controlover deadlines, quality, and costs for every single order.

• Maintain seamless communicationwith clients and the internal team.

What we're looking for:

• A sharp, well-organized individual- a fast pace drives you rather than stresses you out.

• At least2 years of experiencein print production or an agency setting.

• Very goodEnglish skills (min. B2 level) - you will be using it on a daily basis.

• Provenability to manage multiple orderssimultaneously without losing track of details.

• Tech-savviness andease of learning/using ITsystems is a plus.

• Strong internal drive and full ownershipof your assigned projects.
