Senior ELV Draftsman

Avanceon is looking for  an experienced ELV Draftsman with 6–8 years of practical experience in drafting, coordination, and preparation of detailed drawings for ELV systems including FAS, PAVA, ICT, BMS, CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, and Fire Alarm Systems. The candidate must possess strong expertise in preparing shop drawings, coordination drawings, as-built drawings, and technical documentation for both design and execution stages of projects. 

 Key Responsibilities 

•Prepare detailed ELV shop drawings, coordination drawings, schematic diagrams, riser diagrams, and as-built drawings.  

•Develop layouts and detailed drawings for:  oPAVA Systems  oICT Systems  oBMS Systems  oCCTV Systems  oAccess Control Systems  oStructured Cabling Systems  oFire Alarm Systems  •Coordinate with design engineers, consultants, project managers, and site teams for approvals and revisions.  •Review IFC and tender drawings and prepare execution drawings as per project requirements.  

•Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, consultant requirements, and local authority regulations.  

•Coordinate ELV drawings with MEP and architectural disciplines.  

•Maintain proper drawing revisions, document control, and drawing records.  •Support execution teams in resolving drawing-related technical issues at site.  

•Assist engineering teams in material coordination and quantity take-offs where required.  

•Participate in coordination meetings and update drawings as per site conditions and consultant comments.  

Required Skills & Competencies 

•Strong command of AutoCAD for professional ELV drafting.   

•Good understanding of ELV systems design and installation practices.  

•Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and IFC drawings.  

•Knowledge of international drafting standards and consultant submission procedures.  

•Experience in preparing coordinated drawings with MEP services.  

•Strong coordination and communication skills.  

•Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.  

•Knowledge of BIM/Revit will be considered an added advantage.
