Youwill splityour timebetween keeping a live platform reliable andsecure andturning businessprocesses into production-ready AI workflows. Thisis a hands-onrole for anengineer who enjoys buildingacross the stack,solving production issues, andtaking ownership ofsecurity andreliability.

What you’ll do :

Platform development and operations

Build newcapabilities for asituational awareness interface.
Improve platformreliability,access control, anddeployment practices.
Investigate production issues, fixtheir root causes, andimprove monitoring andtraceability.
Maintain thesecurity baseline through patching, secrets management, and least-privilege access.

Secure AI workflows

Turn businessprocesses into functional prototypes and production-ready agent workflows.
Design workflowsthatkeep datafromdifferent businessdomainsappropriatelyseparated.
Build inhumanapproval before an agenttakes an actionthat changes data or triggersa process.
Make agent actions and transactionstraceable and auditable.
Integrate different AI providers andmodels,including on-premise options, and select the right model foreach task.
Experiment with models and agent coordinationwithin clear security requirements.

You area hands-on softwareengineer who can movebetween backenddevelopment, frontendwork, and platformoperations. Youenjoy turning anunfamiliar processinto working software,then making it secure and reliableenough for production. You arecurious about AI agents andcomfortable experimenting,while keeping control,traceability, and data protection inmind.

Must-have :

At leastthree years of relevant software engineeringexperience.
Strong hands-oncoding skills inRust,TypeScript, and Python,with experience building APIs, data pipelines, andintegrations.
Experience shipping and operating production software,including deployment, trouble shooting, andreliability improvements.
Theability tounderstand a business processquickly andturn it into afunctional prototype.
Apractical security mindset,including threat modelling, isolationboundaries, and audit trails.
Workingknowledge ofidentity andaccess management and data protection basics,including GDPR.
Fluent English,eligibility forsecurity clearance, andnationality of a NATOmember country or closeally.

Experience with RAG pipelines or multi-agent orchestration.
Experience with EU-region inference or sovereign cloudenvironments.
On-premise modelhosting androuting tasks between AImodels.
Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture.
Frontendexperience building monitoringdashboards.

Own thetechnical direction of acutting-edge robotics product.
Work onchallenging engineeringproblems with real-world impact.
Stay hands-onwhile shaping architecture andtechnical strategy.
Test anditerate on realrobotic systems, notjust simulations.
