What You'll Do

• Support daily shop operations and technician workflow
• Dispatch and prioritizing repair orders
• Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs
• Be the technical resource for technicians and advisors
• Develop apprentice, entry-level, and experienced technicians
• Improve technician productivity, efficiency, and quality standards
• Partner with service leadership to improve customer satisfaction and departmental performance

What You'll Bring

• 2 or more years as a Shop Foreman, Lead Technician, or Master Technician in a dealership environment
• 1 or more years of experience with Ford or another domestic OEM manufacturer
• Advanced diagnostic and drivability expertise
• Proven ability to lead technicians and improve shop performance
• Experience with dealership service systems and repair documentation
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and
