Day-in-the-Life Responsibilities

• First Impression Ambassador: Warmly welcome guests upon arrival at our service center and guide them to the appropriate service advisor.
• Intake Support: Verify vehicle mileage, cross-reference appointment specifics, and review preliminary vehicle scan findings with arriving guests.
• Vehicle Movement & Care: Safely maneuver guest vehicles around the facility, ensuring proper parking and security (rolling up windows and locking doors).
• Fleet Oversight: Inspect returned loaner vehicles for damage, ensure fuel tanks are topped off, and complete all required return documentation prior to guest handover.
• Drive & Lot Maintenance: Maintain a tidy, hazard-free, and inviting atmosphere across the service drive, parking areas, and guest lounges.
• Additional Operational Tasks:Assist the Service Management team with additional operational tasks as needed.

Candidate Qualifications & Physical Demands

• Active, valid driver’s license with the ability to meet MVR requirements. (MVR check required).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Comfort operating manual transmission vehicles is a plus (not mandatory).
• Ability to comfortably stand, walk, and stay active throughout the shift.
• Willingness to work outdoors across varying weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts.
