Automotive service experience is a plus, but we’re also interested in individuals with strong customer service, sales, or relationship-building skills who are ready to grow their careers with us.

What You’ll Do

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the main point of contact between our customers and the service department. You’ll help make the service process easy to understand, keep customers informed, and work closely with our technicians and service team to deliver a positive experience from check-in to pickup.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers, listening to their concerns, and understanding their vehicle service needs.

• Writing accurate repair orders and documenting customer concerns.

• Explaining recommended maintenance and repairs in a clear, professional manner.

• Providing repair estimates, reviewing costs, and obtaining customer authorization before work begins.

• Communicating with technicians and service management to help keep repairs moving efficiently.

• Keeping customers updated on repair progress, additional recommendations, and estimated completion times.

• Following up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their service experience.

• Building long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

• Meeting department goals for customer satisfaction, sales, productivity, and service retention.

• Maintaining accurate records and following dealership policies and procedures.

• A willingness to learn about vehicle maintenance, repairs, and dealership service processes.

• Confidence discussing service recommendations and helping customers understand the value of needed repairs.

• A team-oriented attitude and a commitment to doing what is right for the customer.

• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn dealership software and systems.

Automotive dealership or Service Advisor experience is preferred, but we encourage candidates with strong customer service or sales backgrounds to apply.
