What You’ll Do

• Sell new and pre-owned vehicles
• Build lasting relationships with customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicles
• Present vehicle features, benefits, and performance
• Negotiate pricing and guide customers through the buying process
• Meet sales goals and collaborate with the sales team
• Report progress and sales activities to management

Qualifications

What You’ll Need

• Automotive sales experience preferred
• Must be 18 or older
• Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record
• High energy, motivation, and a competitive spirit
• Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
• Basic computer and math skills
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn and grow
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
