We're looking for someone who understands the importance of having the right part at the right time. In this role, you'll work closely with our service technicians, service advisors, and customers to identify parts, manage inventory, and keep the service department moving. If you're organized, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and want to grow your career with an established automotive group, we'd like to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Assist technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with identifying and locating the correct automotive parts.

• Look up parts using dealership catalogs, manufacturer systems, and electronic parts databases.

• Order parts, check availability, track incoming shipments, and follow up on backorders.

• Maintain accurate inventory, including receiving, stocking, labeling, and organizing parts.

• Monitor inventory levels and help ensure commonly used parts are available when needed.

• Assist with parts returns, warranty parts, and inventory discrepancies.

• Communicate with vendors, manufacturers, and other dealerships to locate hard-to-find parts.

• Build positive working relationships with the service department and customers.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department.

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service while helping the team deliver an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive parts experience preferred; dealership experience is a plus.

• Knowledge of automotive parts, systems, and terminology.

• CDJR, Mopar, or Stellantis parts experience is beneficial.

• Ability to use computer systems and electronic parts catalogs.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize requests, and work efficiently in a busy environment.

• A dependable team player who takes ownership of their work.

• Willingness to learn, develop product knowledge, and stay current with new vehicle models and parts.
