• Fleet Operations • Fleet Administration • Automotive Logistics • Transportation Operations • Vehicle Coordination and Scheduling • Vehicle Maintenance Coordination • Operational Record Management • Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills • Written and Verbal Communication Skills • Ability to Work Independently and Manage Multiple Priorities • Valid Driver's License with Clean Driving Record • Ability to Operate Various Prototype and Production Vehicles. Key Responsibilities Include: Fleet Operations & Vehicle Readiness • Manage day-to-day operations of a prototype vehicle fleet. • Coordinate vehicle inspections, maintenance, repairs, fueling, detailing, and vehicle readiness activities. • Monitor vehicle condition and availability to support evaluation activities. • Manage vehicle access through connected vehicle and fleet management tools. Vehicle Logistics & Scheduling • Coordinate vehicle and test bench scheduling. • Facilitate vehicle movement between testing locations and evaluation facilities. • Support vehicle deliveries, pickups, and transportation logistics.

Experience Required:
• 1-3 years of experience in one or more of the following: - Fleet Operations - Vehicle Fleet Administration - Automotive Logistics - Transportation Operations - Vehicle Rental Operations - Dealership Service Operations - Vehicle Testing Support - Automotive Studio or Engineering Support

Education Required:
Associate Degree, High School Diploma / GED

Additional Information:
***FULLY ONSITE*** • Supports a prototype fleet currently consisting of approximately 15 vehicles with anticipated growth. • Opportunity to work directly with prototype and benchmark vehicles supporting future vehicle programs. • Provides exposure to engineering, design, testing, and validation teams. • Offers increasing responsibility and visibility as fleet operations expand. • Candidates from fleet, transportation, automotive dealership, supplier, rental vehicle, and logistics backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
